Following a full career in the military, AM’s ownership qualifies for the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status according to the guidelines set forth by Veteran’s Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).

After 22 years in the US Navy, AM founder, Commander Mike Sheedy (ret) embarked upon his second career in federal contracting.
He founded a consulting firm on his vision to be an industry leader and trusted advisor solving automation and analytics problems at the intersection of business and technology. He recognizes that this vision is only possible by cultivating a team of the best and brightest and providing them with an environment that unleashes their insight and creativity.

Leadership
Commander Michael Sheedy (ret), President
Michael Sheedy is a decorated Navy Veteran and Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) with over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in the service, joint, interagency, and international arenas.
He was a 2014 Distinguished Graduate from the National War College in Washington, D.C and a 1995 graduate of the US Naval Academy. His extensive background includes critical leadership positions, budgetary decision-making roles, and complex process improvement experience in areas such as: aviation, surface/sub-surface/strike warfare, government contracting, information operations, information technology, strategic communication, public diplomacy, anti-terrorism, physical/virtual security, and joint professional military education.
Michael has lead teams of all sizes and makeup, including fellow officers, enlisted sailors, joint officers, academia, and contractor personnel. Michael has modeled AM’s core values after the military’s value system.
